How to Order
While we will have most glasses and mugs in stock; very large quantities may require approximately 30 days for delivery.
After deciding on your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Name of Item
- Date needed
- Delivery location (if known)
- 10% for 10-19 items (mixed items are allowable)
- 15% for 20-49 items (mixed items are allowable)
- 20% for 50+ items (mixed items are allowable)
- Flat fee shipping of $15 to any location with a Bend address.
- For items to be shipped, please supply a shipping address for an estimate.
An order total will be emailed to you.
Payment may be made using any of the following methods:
- PayPal using our email address: email@example.com
- Send us your credit card information: credit card #, expiration date, CVV code and billing ZIP code. Your information will be run through Square and an itemized receipt will be emailed to you. You are also welcome to call us with the previous information.
- Local Customers: You may pay upon receipt of your order using a credit card. Depending on the order, a down payment may be necessary.
As a general rule, we do not offer custom orders because in order to keep our prices low, we print in large quantities. But, depending on the size of a special order, exceptions can be made. We have access to a variety of unique products and wholesalers who might be able to create a special business, event or family souvenir for you. Please inquire if this service may be of interest.
